One day after beating the Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association off-the-field for the right to play in the Eastern Mass Division 2 semifinals, Mansfield beat Bishop Feehan 22-6 to advance to Saturday's Super Bowl. Originally, Mansfield was forced to forfeit the game by MIAA for using an ineligible player earlier this season, but less than an hour before the game on Tuesday, the school won an injunction in Superior Court. Next week, the MIAA will another hearing on the matter that could still result in Mansfield having to forfeit its post-season wins.
