Patriots owner Robert Kraft is bringing the Super Bowl to Gillette Stadium...the Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association's Super Bowls that is.
The Patriots owner mad the announcement earlier this week that six of the seven eastern state championship game will be played in Foxboro through 2009. The seventh game will be played at Stonehill College in Easton. The Patriot will host the game rent-free and cover game costs.
"Since our family bought this team we've wanted to do everything we can to encourage all youth sports, but especially football," said Kraft at a news conference announcing the deal with the MIAA. "We wanted to have high school football at Gillette Stadium."
