Team USA vs. The World All-Star High School Football All-Star Game

How big is tomorrow's Team USA vs. The World All-Star Football game in Fort Lauderdale, Florida? Big enough to be broadcast live by the NFL network!

The game matches USA Football's 2010 Junior National Team against 45 of the best players below the age of 19 from around the world. The Junior National Team is made-up of high school seniors, 35 of whom have made oral commitments to college programs.

ESPN Rise reports that The World Team also has some talent that's heading to college campuses around America.

Kudos from my side go out to Team USA quarterback Tyler Smith, who's from my alma mater Wilson High School. He's also the grandson of my broadcasting mentor Dick Hammer, who at 75 years young is still the voice of the Lafayette Leopards.

Tomorrow's game kicks-off at noon. For more info on the game go to the USA Football website.
