Even though high school in the Garden State didn't start until Friday night, it didn't take long for the fans to get into the heat of battle. Today at Giants Stadium five of the top programs in the state, plus one New York power square off in a Kickoff Classic that should go a long way to determining who's the best in Jersey.
On of the top games features defending state champ Phillipsburg taking on Bergen Catholic, which always seems to be sharing a national spotlight with Don Bosco Prep. P'burg and Bergen square off at 1 o'clock, and then that game will be followed by Brooklyn Poly Prep taking on St. Joseph's Regional and then the tripleheader ends with St. Peter's Prep playing Delbarton
