New National Prep Football Poll

by Jeff Fisher
The High School Football Huddle

Four teams enter this week's PrepNation.com National Prep Football Poll. Leading the list of newcomers is St. Bonaventure (Ventura, CA), which enters the rankings at #16 after a solid defeat of former national power Long Beach Poly (0-2).

Jenks (OK) isn't really a newcomer, but they do re-enter the poll at #21. The Trojans were ranked #12 in the pre-season poll before having a player ruled ineligible before the start of the season. Jenks restored faith by beating arch-rival and last week's #20 Union 27-25.

The other two newcomers are...Stony Point (Round Rock, TX) at #22 and Good Counsel (Olney, MD) at #25.
