Pennsylvania High School Football Rankings

While the eastern and middle parts of the Keystone State wraps-up the regular season on Friday and Saturday, the powerful WPIAL out west begins its post-season. All season long, it's been the western part of the state that's been getting props from voters in the various statewide high school football polls.

The Harrisburg Patriot-News Week 9 poll is out and all four classes are topped by western schools. In 4A, Pittsburgh Central Catholic heads the list, in 3A it's Thomas Jefferson, in 2A it's Jeannette and Clairton is the top dog in 1A.
