Pinkerton Academy Exacts Revenge on Nashua South and Gains New Hampshire Three-Peat
Pinkerton Academy captured the New Hampshire Division I high school football championship on Saturday beating Nashua South 14-2. The win by the three-time champs came just a couple of weeks after losing to South 30-7 in the regular season finale for both schools.
The Pinkerton defense shutdown the South Purple Panthers running back tandem of Billy Ferriter and David Zocco, both of whom rushed for over 1,000 yards this year. South was held to just 74-yards on 35 carries.
