Omaha Central captured its first Nebraska high school championship since 1984 with a 26-21 win over Millard North Friday in the Class A title game.
Central (11-2) was led by running back Ronnell Grixby who scored two rushing touchdowns and made 15 tackles on defense. Millard North (10-3) hung tough behind its running back Sean Fisher, who carried the ball 44 times for 198 yards and all three of his team's touchdowns.
