When the new USA Today Top 25 High School Football Rankings come out September 18th there will be plenty of changes from the paper's pre-season rankings. Six of the teams have already lost, and with #1 Southlake preparing for its Saturday showdown with Northwestern, there will be at least seven.
This last weekend, #11 Poly (Long Beach, CA) and #12 Jenks (OK) became the latest victims. Jenks lost a thriller 43-42 to arch-rival Union, while Birmingham beat Poly.
