Cheyenne East Hoping Third Time Is The Charm in Wyoming 5A Title Game

Cheyenne East (8-2) will be playing in its third straight Wyoming 5A high school football championship game when it takes Evanston (8-2) Saturday.

The key for Cheyenne East, which is trying to win its first state title since 1974, will be the play of senior quarterback Alex Stratton, who is the state's #1 all-purpose player. Stratton is averaging almost 243-yards a game.
